APCM 2025

What is an APCM?

Each parish holds an Annual Parish Meeting (APM) followed by an Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) every year.
The APM is open to all who live in the parish or whose name is on the electoral roll for that parish. It is in this meeting that the churchwardens are elected.
The APM in Saxmundham is then immediately followed by the Benefice APCM. This is open to anyone on the electoral roll for either parish in the benefice. It is in this meeting that people are elected to various roles, the accounts are presented, and we receive the annual report.

We use the APCM as an opportunity to thank God for what happened in 2025 and look to where God might lead us in 2026.
